Designated Establishments to their obligations under Republic Act 11285 or the Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC) Act of 2019.
This portal is used to access, fill out, and submit the Annual Energy Utilization Report (AEUR), the Annual Energy Efficiency and Conservation Report (AEECR),
and the Energy Audit Report (EAR) for your Designated Establishment(s).
All gathered data will be treated with full confidentiality and shall be used only for the monitoring and reporting requirements of DOE.
